We use Canada Post for all our deliveries within Canada.

Delivery Timeline:

Once dispatched, most in-stock items should reach you within 1-7 business days depending on location.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping does not speed up processing time. Expedited shipping is the shipping time it takes for the delivery service to deliver your item once it leaves our possession.

Delays and Responsibilities:

Luxurious Mane is not responsible for any delays in transit, including those that might occur during weather, carrier issues or high-volume periods such as the Holiday season. We are not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers.

Package Monitoring:

We advise customers to actively track their packages and arrange for secure receipt, especially during peak delivery times.

  2. Shipping Responsibility:
    • Luxurious Mane is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled packages during the delivery process.
    • We advise customers to track their orders and make arrangements for safe receipt, especially if they won’t be available to receive the package personally.
    • Failure to purchase the shipping protection means that you are taking full responsibility for your item if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
  3. Damaged Parcels:
    • Should you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please take a photograph of the package before opening it. While Luxurious Mane is not responsible for mishandled parcels, having this documentation may aid you in discussions with the carrier.
  4. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
    • Please understand that the shipping cost associated with any order is non-refundable.

Because many of our extensions are reserved from small upcoming batches rather than stocked piled in large inventory, timelines may vary depending on the collection.

Typical processing times are:

• Pre-Orders: 10–14 business days
• In-Stock Items: 1-7 business days depending on location

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, timelines may adjust. Specific details will be provided during the sale or at the time of pre-ordering.

As demand for our extensions continues to grow, this process allows us to protect the quality and consistency we’re known for, ensuring every order meets our standards. Rather than rushing production or processing timelines, we prioritize delivering extensions that are truly worth the wait.

This model also allows us to offer a wider range of textures, colors, lengths, and install methods while maintaining the level of quality control our customers expect.
